I’ve ordered from undefeated.com a few times now, mostly when I’m checking for sneakers, and it’s been good overall. They usually seem to have a nice mix of newer drops and pairs I don’t always see on the usual sites. Sizes can disappear fast, but that’s kind of expected with popular shoes. The site is easy enough to get around, and I was able to find what I was looking for without really running into any issues

Ive ordered from Undefeated a few times now, and I pretty much always find something I want. They have a really solid mix of tees, hoodies, and everyday stuff that still feels a little different.
The sizing has been normal for me so far, and everything Ive gotten looked like the photos online. I also like that they carry both simple pieces and some louder designs, depending on what youre looking for.
Its not the cheapest place to shop, but for the styles and quality, Im happy with what Ive bought. Easy 5 stars from me

I was surprised how quickly my order arrived. I figured I’d be waiting a bit longer, but nope, it showed up fast and everything was totally fine. No issues at all, which is always a nice little win.

I’ve jumped into a few raffles on Undefeated, and it’s been straightforward. Like, the rules are there, the dates are listed, and I got the entry emails, so I wasn’t sitting around trying to figure out if my submission even went through.

I mean, I didn’t win every time or anything, but that’s just how raffles go. It feels legit enough, though I do wish they gave a little more detail after results, like how winners are actually picked. Overall, not bad at all, I’d give it 4 stars.

I do like a lot of the stuff on undefeated.com, but maaaan, the size availability is rough. Every time I find a shirt or pair of shoes I actually want, the regular sizes are already gone. It feels like it’s always just the extra tiny or suuuper huge sizes left. Restocks aren’t really clear either, so I end up checking back over and over and just getting annoyed. It’s not the worst site, but it’s kind of hard to buy what I actually want

Still, it was a bit frustrating having to chase down confirmation for something I already paid for, so I do feel like some kind of small compensation or discount would’ve been fair. Overall, decent experience, and I’d probably shop again.

I’ve noticed the sizes go quickly here... so if you see something you like, it’s probably best not to wait too long.

I had to send back a hoodie because I ordered the wrong size, totally my fault. The return page was easy to figure out, and the label came through quickly, like quicker than I expected.

I was ready for it to drag on and on, but the refund showed up a few days after they received it. No back-and-forth emails, no random fees, no drama at all. Really easy, really straightforward, 5 stars from me...

I ordered a pair of sneakers last week and kept checking the tracking like I usually do, mostly to see if it would actually line up with the estimated delivery date. Sure enough, they showed up exactly when the tracking said they would. Everything was smooth, no surprises, and no issues at all.

I ordered my usual size and, shockingly, it actually fit the way it was supposed to. No weird sizing drama, no annoying surprises—just a decent fit. Happy with it, which apparently shouldn’t feel like such an achievement.

I tried using a promo code at checkout and it just wouldn't go through. kind of frustrating, so I reached out to support hoping they could fix it, but they weren't really helpful. Not the Best experience

I just ordered a pair of sneakers and a tee from undefeated, this most recent experience was solid. Everything showed up exactly how I picked it out: right size, right color, no random mix-ups. Tracking was normal, and the box arrived in good shape too. It was a simple order, but since they got all the basics right this time, I’m feeling good about ordering from them again.
